Original Boereraad Brandy is a proudly South African 3-year barrel-aged brandy, crafted using grapes sourced from the Western Cape and distilled in Cape Town before being matured at De Vry Distillery.

What makes this brandy unique is its ageing process. The spirit is matured in specially selected oven-toasted oak barrels, which impart a distinctive sweet, roasted aroma and character. The ageing takes place at our distillery, where time and oak work together to create a smooth and approachable brandy.

As a younger brandy, aged for three years, Boereraad is not intended as a traditional sipping brandy. Instead, it excels as a versatile mixing brandy, making it the perfect companion for a classic brandy and cola, cocktails, or social gatherings with friends and family.
